Other effective ways to deal with anger include relaxation and breathing exercises, positive thinking, problem-solving, stress management, and learning to talk about feelings.

It is also good to realize that you can’t eliminate anger– that as long as we live, there will be experiences of frustration, pain, and loss. However, we can always choose the way we respond to such experiences.
