The person we hire will have high level of skill set in Search Engine Optimization, but also be willing to take training packages and train in the use of other specific software products or marketing strategies.

The skill set we are looking includes:

1.Good keyword and competitor online research
2.Good researcher in the new and latest developments and changes in SEO
3.Ability to analyze the On-Site SEO of a website
4.Ability to analyze off-site SEO
5.Be able to provide detailed reports of the SEO analysis along with recommendations for improvement
6.Be able to provide ideas and a strategy for ranking high on the search engines
7.Able to carry out link building strategies in order to rank various websites highly
8.Be able to manage other team members for putting SEO in place

This person must also meet the following criteria:

1.Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection
2.Has a number of years experience in a similar position
3.Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English
4.Has/can work in a team environment Has good leadership skills
5.Can work from home without distractions
6.Can use Skype
7.Has a PayPal account
8.Is willing to learn new things
9.Can easily be trained other skills
10.Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
