Join our growing team of sleek and savvy Customer Service and Sales handling mainstream telecommunications as well as internet services for one of the key Telecommunications and Internet providers in the world.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all payment inquiries related to mobile, broadband, call and access; including credit card, debit, and general payments queries.
- Handle all purchase inquiries related to broadband, call and access; including promotion and recommendation of products and services.
- Handle all general inquiries, including resolution of requests, pricing, products and services, customer account management and recommendation of the best plans.
- Proactive cross-selling of products and services.
- Utilize knowledge management systems and tools to ensure accuracy and most updated information is provided the customer

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of complete college education
- 1 year customer service experience and 6 months sales experience
- OR 6 months call center customer service and 6 months sales
- Previous experience on a shift work environment preferred
- Strong computer typing skills and ability to multi-task
- Currently not enrolled
