Vietnam – To assist the Engineering Manager to reviews and approve the Quotation/Proposal prepared by assigned Engineers Scrutinizes customer’s documents / drawings and define Company steel’s scope of work, exclusions and commercial conditions. Liaises with Sales, Manufacturing for clarification and additional information required during estimation. Liaises with Purchasing Department on the up-date of costs for all materials used during estimation. Monitor the Material planning activities. Appraises the staff performance. Preparation of detailed estimates based on CIF, customer documents / drawings specifically mentioning exclusions, substitutions and general notes. Qualifications Should be Civil/Mechanical Engineer 5-10 years experience in steel structured work in the PEB Industry Have experience in preparing estimates, approval; drawings, design calculations, erection drawings and fabrication drawings. Have skills of Structural Analysis and Design Software. Computer Skills (MS- Office, AutoCad – Permanent – Full-time
